The Company's largest shareholder, Dave has extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets. He was most notably Vice President of Retail Sales and Director of Yorkton Securities Inc., having worked with the firm for more than 17 years before leaving the Company in 2000. He has worked in various capacities with public and private companies since this time, striving to offer accretive, win-win opportunities to the marketplace. His dealings have earned him tremendous respect and a strong network in the financial community.

A Simon Fraser University graduate, Chad has been intricately involved with public company management for the past several years. His experience in this sector, combined with exposure to capital markets, M&A, corporate finance, sales, new media, communications, and global affairs offer a combination of skills reflective of a dynamic and energized young new generation of entrepreneurs.
KELSEY CHIN, B.Comm
Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary
Kelsey has over 8 years experience in audit, finance and accounting within the mining and exploration industry. As an Executive Officer of Tintina Resources Inc. and AsiaBaseMetals Inc., Kelsey was involved with numerous financings and spin out transactions and was responsible for all aspects of financial services, financial reporting, and corporate governance. She is currently Chief Financial Officer of Canada Gold Corp., a publicly listed junior exploration company, and is currently completing her CGA designation.
BENOIT MOREAU, P.Eng, MBA
Vice President - Exploration
Mr. Moreau has over 25 years experience in the mining industry as a geologist (University of Montreal, 1982) and a mining engineer (Polytechnique of Montreal, 1985). As the founding and former President of Geomega Resources Inc. ("Geomega," tsx.v: GMA), Mr. Moreau is intricately familiar with the Montviel Carbonatite complex and the potential of both Geomega and Canada Rare Earths' land holdings. He has been a member of the Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec since 1985. He also holds an MBA (University of Quebec in Montreal, 2000) and has been the Vice President of Exploration and a Director of Otish Energy (tsx.v: OEI) since February 2008.
HAROLD FORZLEY, C.A.
Independent Director
Hardy has over the last 20 years been involved in building numerous exploration and mining companies, most notably Continental Gold Corp. and El Condor Resources, which yielded total returns to their shareholders of over CDN$450 million. Hardy is an Officer and Director for several publicly traded resource sector companies.
ROBERT KRAUSE
Independent Director
Mr. Krause has been a Consulting Geologist since 1985 with international exploration experience in North, Central and South America. He has extensive experience in the epithermal, skarn and magmatic massive sulphides. His exploration has taken him from the Brazilian rainforest to the Canadian Arctic.
